Mr. Pierce Kirby
Partner, Head of Origination
Pierce has 25 years’ experience in the financial markets, principally investment banking focused on public and private equity markets. He is experienced in deal origination, structuring and transaction valuations. He worked as a senior executive in Europe’s largest banks such as BNP Paribas, UniCredit and Raiffeisen Bank. He has been directly involved in over $1.0 billion in equity transactions.
He received his Masters in Arts from Glasgow University
Mr. Ted Muftic
Ted has advised on or acted as a principal in over $40.0 Billion of M&A and capital markets deals involving acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, highly leveraged loans and bonds, and public and private equity transactions in both developed and emerging markets. He led Credit Suisse Telecom, Media and Technology bankers in London. He started his career in the Telecom Group at Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup) in New York
He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Stanford University.
Mr. Andrey Solovyev
Partner, AI Analytics
Andrey spent more than 15 years working in financial modelling, and analysing companies in the energy and financial sectors. Most recently he has 5 years experience leading startup development projects principally in Artificial Intelligence and enterprise software. Andrey developed ML solutions that were highly ranked in the international competitive events. Andrey's role is to assess and provide VGC's team with a technical overview of the value proposition for the target Applicant.
He received his MBA from Chicago Booth Business School and his BA in economics from Gubkin's State University of Moscow, Russia.
Mr. Evan Costaldo
Partner, SEC Regulation and Capital Markets
Evan is a seasoned corporate and securities attorney, and innovative AI tech entrepreneur. He specializes in listing public companies in the tech sector in early stages of development, in addition to managing a broad range of U.S. capital markets transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate financings such as IPO’s, APO’s, PIPE offerings and secondary offerings. He executes all registration statements, SEC compliance, and structuring of agreements.
Mr. Costaldo is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Julie Broadhurst
COO & Business Development
Julie has focused her career on marketing, business development and project management. She recently worked as an executive running the initiative to market to multi-family offices for the largest US real estate investment company for commercial projects in the south east of the United States. At the same firm she also oversaw project management and operations for large commercial projects.
Julie currently coordinates marketing and relationship development for financial partners of the Vineyard Group. She also is coordinating the development and funding of VG Predictives LLC.
She studied in England at Bournemouth Arts University, and Marketing at USC Berkeley, California
